If you currently have a ftp account with Delano Color Imaging, Inc, you may place orders by
uploading your files anytime to our ftp server. If you do not have an ftp account and would like
one, please email us or give us a call, we will be glad to help you.
If you currently have an ftp account, the login address is at:
Server: ftp.delanocolor.com
Port: 21
If you have an account with Delano Color Imaging, Inc and you are unsure how to login, you can
follow the simple guide listed below of give us a call and we'll walk you through the process.
Logging into the Delano Color Imaging, Inc ftp server guide
First you will need an FTP program to connect to our server. We will be using a coreftp client in
this guide which is available for free at http://www.coreftp.com.
Step 1
After you have installed coreftp, go to your desktop and find the small round blue shortcut icon
labeled Core Ftp Lite

Step 2
Once you have Core Ftp open, you will notice all sorts of buttons and areas to fill in. First we
will work on setting up the information so the program will know how to connect to our ftp server
In the smaller window in the middle of the screen in the lower left you will notice a small button
called New Site. Click it and continue to the bext step.

Step 3
You will notice the image below this button has all the information filled in it but yours will be
blank. We need to delete the text called "New_Site" in the area called Site Name or are 1 on the
image in the orange box. Now type in "Delano Color imaging, Inc" and you will notice it has
changed to the left from "New Site", This will always be called "Delano Color Imaging, Inc".
Next, continue down to "Host/IP/Url" found right below the site name section, or the yellow box
section in the image. Type in ftp.delanocolor.com and then continue down to the username and
password fields below, or in section 4 and 5, red and blue boxes in the image shown below.
Type in the username and password that was supplied to you by Delano Color Imaging, Inc, then
hit the connect button shown below in the dark blue box, number 6 and continue to the next step.

Step 4
You should now be connected to the ftp server and see something close to matching the image below.
Number 1 in the green box on the image is the folder selector. It will allow you to locate and
select folders and list files on your computer in number 4 in the blue box. All files listed here
can be selected and transfered to our ftp. The box to the right of number 4 in red is number 3 and
this shows what is in your ftp account on our server. If the box is empty, it means you haven't
uploaded anything to the ftp server yet or your pervious order has been processed and removed by us
To transfer a folder of files to your ftp on our server, highlight them in the left list or the
number 4 blue box and click the blue arrow, the one in the number 2 yellow box on the image
below. Once you have clicked this arrow the files will be listed at the bottom of the program
or number 5 in the orange box below and will list a status telling you if they are uploaded, being
uploaded or waiting to be uploaded. Once all your files list the status ucess as shown below,
you can close the ftp program.
