Internet ordering can be done in either of two ways. The main and easiest method is to call our lab and have us set you up an FTP account. Once you have an FTP account, you can upload numerous files with the simple click of a button that you wouldn't normally be able to send through email. The second method is to email your order directly to us along with the attached images. This is not recommended due to the file size limitations of most email services.
If you currently have an FTP account with us, you can log in using your given user name and password with your favorite FTP client at:

If you still wish to email us your order you can email all orders to sue@delanocolor.com, but remember, emailing large files can take a longer time before they reach us. Once you have either used our FTP or emailed us an order please be sure to call and confirm we have received your order so we can start work on it right away.
